We are pleased to announce that Porsche Cars North America will be hosting a hospitality venue at the Rolex 24 @ Daytona.
The Porsche Hospitality will be open during Saturday, January 29 and Sunday, January 30, 2011.
(The 24 hour race starts at 3:30 pm on Saturday, January 29)
Hospitality Hours:
Saturday, January 29: 8 AM - 8 PM
Sunday, January 30: 8 AM - 6 PM
In the hospitality tent, we will have food served throughout the day and will have a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu in addition to a catered bar.
The tent will be air-conditioned/heated as needed ... and is a nice place to gather with other Porsche fans and make those important Porsche connections. We will have TV monitors running a live-feed of the race and racing simulators (x-box) for customers to give a try. All guests will be given a Porsche Fan Race Flag and ear plugs will be on-hand.
Our location for our hospitality tent is near the Tram exit/entrance from the Porsche Test Drive Experience and just a short distance from the PCA Corral.
If you are interested in attending, the cost is $75 each guest. Simply complete the attached sheet and return to us by Wednesday, January 26.
Post the race, we will handle any billing/invoicing.
